Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking
Please read my full policy before booking an appointment all information is important
Booking Fee & Cancellation
A £20 Non - refundable booking Fee is required for all bookings, this will be taken off your final payment
Your remaining balance will need to be paid in cash.
Minimum Spend Is £30 for all bookings please be aware of this as any booking made under this amount would be cancelled straight away and you will be refunded.
I Require 72hrs notice for cancellations appointments. your booking fee is non-refundable out of this notice period and 50% for your booking would need to be charged.
I Require 72 hours notice for rescheduling appointments, any notice less than this your £20 deposit will be lost and you would need to pay a new booking fee for your rescheduled appointment.
If you need to Cancel outside of the 72 hours I can transfer your Booking Fee to another appointment But I cannot refund your Booking Fee, You will not be charged any extra for cancelling.

Once you have made your booking I will then approve the time/date if I need to make any changes to the booking due to travel times, I Will get in contact if I need to change anything.
As I am mobile I may need to move your appointment time slightly if I will be in your area at another time of the day or if it is not possible to travel to you at the the time of your booking or if I need to prevent having a gap in my day. I will always try to give as much notice as possible, If the time/date I offer does not work for you I will do my best to find a slot suitable.
I will not cancel your appointment last minute or once I have already confirmed your booking unless there is an emergency.

If you book multiple treatments in one booking and you decide you do not want one or more treatments this also counts as cancellation I would still require at least 48 hrs notice and 50% of the treatment price, this is because when I book in your service I give you a time slot if you then cancel one or more treatments this then affect the rest of my day and leaves gaps in my schedule and potentially a slot another client could have had so this still counts as a cancellation, I also prepare my kit and bring specific products and equipment.
If you decide to add a service you also need to let me know before you appointment as I would need to check if I have enough time and may need to bring more equipment.

Before your appointment
PLEASE SEND ME YOUR FULL ADDRESS ONCE YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY ALONG WITH ANY PARKING RESTRICTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. PLEASE ALSO GIVE FULL DETAILS IF YOUR ADDRESS OR PARKING IS DIFFICULT TO LOCATE
On the day
Any payments I need to make for parking will be added on to your final balance, I will always try to locate free parking where possible.
Please ensure the area for me to work is as clear as possible so that I can set up my kit and get started as soom as possible so that you can get the best out of your pamper session :) ​
When booking a time slot please allow for 10-15 minutes grace period after your appointment time in the case of any travel issues I may encounter.
If you have any Dogs I ask if you could please have them in another room unless they are quite chilled.
