No, I bring all of my products and kit I may need for your treatments so you do not need to worry about preparing beforehand, All I ask is that you have a space for me to put my couch up, warm running water, electricity supply if needed for your treatments and two towels for ,massage :)

No, If your treatment involves you laying down and you do not have space for me to put up my beauty couch we can always work from your bed as long as you have a chair or stool for me to sit

Yes, As I am mobile I can sometimes be flexible before booking please contact me by WhatsApp or email to discuss this and I will try my best to accommodate you.

No, I require 72 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointment, less notice period given will result in you losing your booking fee and needing to rebook with a new booking fee. For all cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged full booking price.

Yes for all mobile treatments, your booking total needs to amount to £30. if your treatments total to less your booking will be cancelled and you will be informed.

Unfortunately I only cover SE London and some parts of SW London. If you are thinking of booking and you are based in SW London please contact me before booking so that I can check your postcode and see if I can accomodate your booking. North,West and East London are not in my booking radius and will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

No, I do not do acrylic or hard gel Nail extensions I only do BIAB overlays, I also do not remove acrylics you would need to remove these first before booking in.

Yes, for Eyelash extensions, tinting, Lash lifts and Brow Laminations patch tests are required, If you do not want a patch test you can sign a disclaimer if not I will arrange a time with you to come out for a patch test or put one through your door at least 48 hours before your appointment.

No, I require cash payments for your remaining balance on the day, Please be prepared before your treatment, if you are unsure of your balance feel free to contact me beforehand.
